With over 20 years of experience, Kareen has held leadership roles at PwC, Monster.com, and sept24, founded Neon2—an agency specializing in DEI-A—and regularly speaks in the media and on international stages.
Sonia Boisvert
Partner and Head of Human Resources
Sonia Boisvert is a Partner and Chief Human Resources Officer at PwC Canada. Sonia is leading PwC Canada’s transformation into a competency-based organization and the artificial intelligence revolution within the workforce. Sonia is involved in developing a value proposition for employees, aimed at fostering their fulfillment in an ever-changing work environment, valuing them, and offering them opportunities for success and development. She is a member of PwC Canada’s extended leadership team. She has held several leadership positions, including as a member of PwC Canada’s Board of Partners. She is a partner in the Assurance practice and has over 25 years of experience in this field. Solution-oriented and open-minded, Sonia acts as a strategic advisor to her clients. Sonia is involved in the community, serving on the board of directors of the Fondation Jeunes en Tête. She has also served on the board of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec.
