Everyone is talking about AI… but what does it mean in concrete terms for human resources? We will present the results of the first AI Barometer in HR in Canada, Quebec, Ontario, and other provinces. While 60 to 80% of white-collar workers already use generative AI on an ad hoc basis, HR departments are more cautious in adopting AI integrated into HRIS solutions. However, HR departments understand that the transformation of jobs and skills now places them at the heart of strategic workforce planning and change management like never before.
