You can already secure your place by filling in the following pre-registration form. This will enable you to secure your selection order, which you will make in the spring of 2024 at our official launch in March. This pre-registration is free of charge, and all you have to do is make a $2,000 deposit, which will be deducted from your final invoice. This will also ensure that you have an advantageous location in our hall, and the chance to present a conference if required.

From September 16, 9 a.m. to September 20, 2024, 4 p.m. : priority booking for sponsors.

From September 24, 9 a.m. to September 26, 2024, 4 p.m. : priority booking to exhibitors who have completed a pre-registration form and sent in their deposit.

September 30, 2024, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: priority booking for exhibitors who have already participated in an LGX Group event

From October 1, 2024, 9 a.m. : reservations open to all exhibitors, without exception.

By completing this form now, exhibitors will be able to complete their online booking in September, according to their category. As a result, you'll have a much better chance of securing a location and a good spot on the demo schedule with other exhibitors in your category.

Reservation forms are processed in chronological order of date of receipt.

If payment deadlines are not met, booking priority will be based on the date payment is received.

a 10-minute demo in a 30-person room (48 places limited-priority offered to software publishers)

General terms and conditions

If the exhibitor does not find a suitable location in the floor plan by September 2024, the deposit will be refunded in full by cheque or bank transfer. Otherwise, no payment is refundable, unless the event is cancelled, in which case the exhibitor will receive a full refund.

If the 10-working-day deadline for payment is exceeded, the pre-registration will be cancelled. Prices are already discounted by 3% for payment by cheque or bank transfer. For payment by credit card, the no-discount price will apply.

At least 60 days before TECH RH, each exhibitor will receive an "Exhibitor's Guide" detailing all logistical aspects. The exhibitor undertakes to read this document in its entirety and to inform his representatives on site of its contents.

TECH RH reserves the right to refuse the reservation and participation of any exhibitor. If this is the case, the exhibitor's payment will be refunded in full.

Places per software family are limited. When a family's spaces are full, it is not possible for an exhibitor to take part in TECH RH. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded in full.

The exhibitor authorizes the TECH RH organization to film and photograph his booth and on-site team members. The exhibitor also authorizes the TECH RH organization to publish this audiovisual material for promotional purposes.

Sharing a booth with another exhibitor is permitted, provided that each organization pays the full amount of one consulting space.

Each organization attending TECH RH must ensure that it has at least $2 million in liability and damage insurance coverage in connection with its participation in an event such as TECH RH.

No bag distribution will be tolerated at the event.

To ensure the excellence of exhibitors at TECH RH, the organization reserves the right to request customer references from organizations wishing to reserve a booth.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any application for exhibitor participation and partnership visibility at our sole discretion. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any financial consequences arising from this refusal. The organization reserves the right to determine the location of an exhibitor in the hall. Also, if the exhibitor fails to meet the deadline for setting up his booth, the organization reserves the right to take back his floor space and use it at its own discretion. The organization reserves the right to refuse an exhibitor's present reservation request to TECH RH and is not responsible for any event beyond its control taking place during the TECH RH event. The organization cannot be held responsible for any breakdown of audiovisual equipment beyond its control, which would force the cancellation of a conference.
