If the exhibitor cannot find a suitable location on the floor plan in September 2026, their deposit will be refunded in full by check or bank transfer. Otherwise, no payment is refundable, unless the event is cancelled, in which case the exhibitor will receive a full refund.

In the event that the payment deadline of 30 working days is exceeded, the pre-registration will be cancelled. Prices are already discounted by 3% for payment by cheque or bank transfer. For payment by credit card, the no-discount price will apply.

At least 60 days before TECH RH, each exhibitor will receive an "Exhibitor's Guide" detailing all logistical aspects. The exhibitor undertakes responsibility to read this document in its entirety and to inform his representatives on site of its contents.

The exhibitor authorizes the TECH RH organization to film and photograph his booth and on-site team members. The exhibitor also authorizes the TECH RH organization to publish this audiovisual material for promotional purposes. The exhibitor agrees that their demo and/or conference may be filmed and broadcast to participants for promotional purposes or archived. The recordings are the exclusive property of Groupe LGX.

Sharing a booth with another exhibitor is permitted, provided that each organization pays the full amount of one booth.

Each organization attending TECH RH must ensure that it has at least $2 million in liability and damage insurance coverage in connection with its participation in an event such as TECH RH.

To ensure the excellence of exhibitors at TECH RH, the organization reserves the right to request customer references from organizations wishing to reserve a booth.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any application for exhibitor participation and partnership visibility at our sole discretion. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any financial consequences arising from this refusal. The organization reserves the right to determine the location of an exhibitor in the hall. Also, if the exhibitor fails to meet the deadline for setting up his booth, the organization reserves the right to take back his floor space and use it at its own discretion. The organization reserves the right to refuse an exhibitor's present reservation request to TECH RH and is not responsible for any event beyond its control taking place during the TECH RH event. The organization cannot be held responsible for any breakdown of audiovisual equipment beyond its control that would force the cancellation of a demonstration.
